Awesome Stay with Great Staff!

We had a dog with us, and the staff were super friendly! Lois was a lifesaver when I got lost and helped with the candy machine too. Bill came to fix my door when I got locked out. The patio is huge and perfect for pets. Just a bit noisy at times. Still, our stay was more than we expected!

Do recommend for getting around area

staying here was fantastic because it’s within a short stroll of restaurants like White Castle and Valle Escondido. You can easily explore the beautiful Miami Whitewater Forest just under 5 km away, making it perfect for my weekend strolls. the staff were super friendly, and breakfast options were enjoyable, ensuring a pleasant start to my day.

I had a good experience at this place. The staff was friendly and welcomed me warmly at check-in. I appreciated having clean towels and plenty of soap and shampoo. During my stay, the heat and hot water in my room were fine. I found it to be a decent spot to sleep while I explored the area. I miss the comforts of home back in Rome, but a road trip in America is always great.

Pricing fluctuated from $63 to about $100 after fees and taxes, which feels a bit steep considering the pitfalls. Coffee at breakfast ran out quickly, and the selection overall was limited—no fresh fruit, yogurt, or cold water offered. The old television displayed a subpar picture quality reminiscent of the '80s. In the non-smoking room, cigarette burns were left on bed sheets, which should be replaced. Also, the exterior doors did not feel secure despite being on a well-traveled road, raising some safety concerns. The bathroom had a leaky shower that wouldn’t turn off, and finding only one bath towel felt inadequate for two guests.

The place was affordable and had some clean, updated rooms. However, they unfortunately had bed bugs and roaches, which made for a very uncomfortable experience. The service could improve too, as staff were sometimes rude during the stay. Overall, it’s a mixed bag, but there are better options out there.
